Roya Shahr

Roya Shahr (انیمیشن رویا شهر) is an Iranian animated film directed by Mohsen Enayati, aimed primarily at children and teenagers. The story centers around a young boy named Arat who dreams of becoming a hero in his city. Alongside his friend Pasha, Arat embarks on an adventurous journey into a mysterious world in search of a magical orb—an object believed to have the power to change the destiny of Dream City.

The animation emphasizes local cultural elements and values, aiming to present a positive role model based on moral and identity-driven principles. With a captivating storyline, the film also boasts improved visual effects and features well-known voice actors who contribute to its professional dubbing.

“Dream City” has been showcased at the Fajr Film Festival, where it received a warm reception from its teenage audience. A revised version of the film, featuring visual enhancements and some editing changes to boost appeal, has been prepared for a spring theatrical release.
