Elate Marg Namaloom

Elate Marg Namaloom Film (علت مرگ نامعلوم) is a 2025 Iranian drama directed and written by Ali Zarnegar. The narrative follows seven passengers traveling through Iran’s Lut Desert when one is found dead. Lacking identification and with emergency services unable to assist without a death certificate, the group faces a moral quandary. Their discovery of a hidden stash of cash on the deceased intensifies the tension, leading to ethical dilemmas and conflicts. The film features performances by Banipal Shoomoon, Alireza Sani Far, and Neda Jebraeili.
