Jazayere Ghanari (فیلم جزایر قناری) is a 2025 Iranian film written and produced by Hossein Mahkam and directed by Adel Masoumian. It blends comedy, drama, and family elements, delivering both laughter and emotional depth.

The story follows two men, Bijan and Naeem, who are temporarily released from prison by Manouchehr, the leader of a powerful drug-mafia network. Manouchehr tasks them with completing a mission he considers unfinished. As the duo embarks on this chaotic journey, they find themselves caught in a whirlwind of unexpected events, moral dilemmas, and absurd situations. Their misadventures drive the story forward with humor and heart, creating a balance between entertaining dialogue and underlying social commentary.

The film features a well-known ensemble cast, including Behrang Alavi, Bijan Banafshekhah, Amir-Mehdi Jouleh, Gholamreza Nikkhah, Farzaneh Ghasemzadeh, Roya Vahdati, Roya Mirelmi, and Pejman Jamshidi.

Canary Islands was released nationwide in Iran in early Mordad (July) 2025 and screened in over 140 cinemas. It was well-received by audiences and achieved over 4.5 billion tomans at the box office during its initial run, marking it as one of the more successful comedy releases of the year.
