Things are closer to you than what you see in the mirror: it tells the life of a pregnant woman named Leila. She and her husband Farid and her 2-year-old son are the tenants of two kind old women. Narges Abyar’s first Moviei “Objects are closer to you than what you see in the mirror” has been screened in the Art and Experience group after 3 years since August 6th. The Moviei won the Audience Award and the Best Actress Award (Galareh Abbasi) at the Russian “Silver Horse” Moviei Festival and two awards at the 37th French International Women’s Moviei Festival, as well as in the main section of the Shanghai Moviei Festival in China. And the Los Angeles Asia-Pacific Moviei Festival. Narges Abyar made the Film “Sheyar 143” after “objects are closer to you than what you see in the mirror”. He is currently working on his third Moviei, Nafs.
