Azim (played by Mohsen Tanabandeh) is an Afghan refugee working in the Tehran municipality to help his mother and brother Farooq’s family smuggle to Germany. But at the last moment, Farooq stops taking their mother, and Azim realizes that their mother needs a transplant.
