Yooz Animation

Yooz Animation (فیلم انیمیشن یوز) is a 2025–2026 Iranian animated adventure film directed by Reza Arzangi and produced by Ehsan Kaveh. The film tells the story of an Iranian cheetah raised in New York City, who struggles with a deep sense of displacement and identity. Although accustomed to urban life, the cheetah feels disconnected from its roots and begins to long for its homeland.

Driven by this inner conflict, the protagonist embarks on a challenging journey back to Iran. Along the way, it encounters both physical dangers in nature and emotional struggles within itself. These experiences gradually lead the cheetah to understand that returning home is not just a geographical journey, but also a profound spiritual and cultural rediscovery.

The film combines adventure with meaningful themes such as identity, belonging, environmental awareness, and the protection of endangered species—particularly the rare Asiatic cheetah. Produced using 3D animation technology, Yooz represents an important step in the development of Iran’s animation industry.
