Overview
The South African Police Service is seeking dedicated and organized individuals to join the Forensic Science Laboratory in Mayville as Administration Clerks within the Case Management Sub-Section. Successful candidates will support critical administrative processes that ensure the efficient handling, tracking, and dispatching of forensic case material.
Minimum Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, register, and allocate forensic cases according to set quality standards.
- Receive exhibits/dockets from analysts and complete all follow-up administrative actions.
- Provide client service, handle case enquiries, and scan reports.
- Perform dispatch functions in line with prescribed standards.
- Receive samples in the sample storage areas.
- Prepare cases for offsite archiving.
- Dispatch analysed exhibits to Investigating Officers.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management, Health, and Safety standards.
