Locations: Western Cape, Gauteng, Eastern Cape, KZN, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Free State, Northern Cape and North West Province

To be successful in this position, you must be committed to learning and completing logbooks; be prepared for assessments and found to be competent as a crossed trained sales consultant.

Requirements

Grade 10
Passion for fashion and retail
While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
•Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

Responsibilities:

Work a minimum of 120 hours
Learn, form knowledge and complete logbooks
Prepare for Assessments
Assist customers with finding merchandise
Merchandising the store according to the MBP principles
Payments and purchases on the POS system
Opening new accounts
Maintaining and controlling stock
Building relationships with customers
Maintaining customer security and safety

Location: Western Cape

The Job will allow individuals to be cross trained making them able to operate in our Credit Services environment, working telephonically with customers and providing customer services on queries pertaining to their store account. To be successful in this position you must be committed to learning and completing logbooks, be prepared for assessments and found to be competent as a Credit Services Agent
