A leading South African mortgage finance and mortgage insurance provider is looking for a call Centre jobs Sales Support on a 6 month contract in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that full call center support is given to the Sales Administrators; Sales Consultants etc. to ensure efficient operations of the Contact Centre.
Daily & Monthly statistics
- Recording of Daily LOA’S
- Recording of Daily Document Submissions
- Reporting of Daily Statistics required by the CC Manager
- Target Tracker reporting (Daily)
- Compilation of Team Tracker (weekly) required by the Team Leaders
- Compilation of the month end reporting required by the CC Manager
- Evaluation & Allocation of leads
Administration of the Sales lead inbox:
- Acknowledgment of receipt to client
- Distribution of leads (round robin)
- Correspondence to clients for upfront declines
- Recording of leads allocated
Allocation of leads received via social media
- Assistance to Marketing Team regarding various responses to sales enquiries (AD HOC)
- Recording of leads allocated
Evaluation & Allocation of eligible Cancellation Leads
- Determine if cancelled bond is sales lead
- Correct allocation to all branches
- Allocation of the CC cancelled leads (round robin)
- Recording of leads allocated & feedback
Administration of Capitec Product Support Inbox
- Monitor the inbox for the Capitec In-Branch Consultant enquires
- Respond and resolve all queries
Administration of GEPF; Capitec & CC Voice mail
- Allocation of leads received via voice mail (round robin)
- Respond & resolve all queries
Capitec Declined Leads Administration
- Assess Capitec Branch Declines
- Contact clients who qualify
- Allocate interested leads to Capitec consultants
Pre-Registration Duties
- Administration of all Resubmission matters
- Administration and follow up of 180-day Outstanding Registration report
Attendance
- Administration of the CC Attendance Register
- ESS Approver
- Monthly Reconciliation of the Register vs. ESS logged leave
Training & Mentoring
- Training and Mentoring of all Learnership/New Sales Administrators & Graduate employees
Capturing of Application
- Capturing of applications to support sales consultants
- Principal Links/Business ITC’s/Bank Reconciliations
AD Hoc
- Perform any ad hoc duties as requested by Management
Profile
- Matric
- Certificate in Business Administration
- 2 to 3 years Admin/Sales Support/Sales experience in Finance/Banking Industry
- 3 years plus experience in Sales Support in the Finance/Banking Industry
- Strong Admin skills
- Meticulous and organized
- Strong client service focus and good telephone etiquette
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Microsoft suite (Intermediate)
- Data Capturing essential
- Preferably bilingual
